How It Works
01.Obtain A ReferralDiscuss with your GP (or qualified clinician) if you need to see a specialist. If you need to see a specialist, your clinician will provide you with a referral letter.
02.Send Telecare Your ReferralSend your referral letter from the doctor directly to Telecare here. Alternatively, your doctor can send your referral directly to Telecare for you.
03.Book A ConsultationOnce we have received your referral, Telecare will contact you to book in a consultation time. You can also use our self-service booking portal here.

Once confirmed, you will receive a secure consultation link. Attend your appointment through your computer or phone. No downloads required.

I had an appointment with Dr Alexey Sidorov this afternoon. I wanted to write to say thank you. Dr Sidorov was kind and compassionate and I really appreciate being able to use the Telecare service to get treatment. I live in regional Tasmania and would have had to wait over 12 months to “maybe” get an appointment.
