Dr Rumes is a General Physician and Geriatrician with a keen interest in research and has conducted many projects leading him to present at various national conferences. He has been involved in several quality assurance projects and leadership roles and has also completed his Masters in Public Health and Masters in Health Leadership and Management with the aim of developing his skills in leadership, management and data analytics to engage in the continuous improvement of efficient and quality healthcare provided to the community. Additionally, he is a Certified Health Informatician of Australasia (CHIA), and hopes to utilise his interest in technology and digital health to engage in projects in this space.
