Our virtual care services offer patients access to over 200 specialists and allied health professionals covering over 30 specialities (equivalent to a major Australian hospital), with an average patient wait time of 1-3 weeks. Through better technology governed by clinical standards, we believe that we can save patients money and ensure they access care faster. Over 2,000 healthcare professionals have been referred to Telecare since its founding in Melbourne in 2019.
Our virtual care services are available to patients in all eight states and territories of Australia, and we have seen patients as remote from Christmas islaned to Norfolk Island.
