Our "Hospital in the Home" service allows hospitals to service inpatients who require ongoing care but wish to recover in the familiar and comfortable surroundings of their own home.

Telecare will provide an appropriate virtual on-call HITH Physician during the hours required by the hospital.
Our HITH Physician will accept a referral from the Hospital’s medical officer. For complex cases, our HITH Physician may request a bedside video consultation with the patient, facilitated by the Recipient’s nurse prior to acceptance, to ensure HITH suitability.
Our physician will conduct a daily virtual paper round with the Recipient’s nursing team and be available for on-call queries from the Recipient’s nursing team.
